"Healing yourself is the first step to healing generational trauma"

- Coach Mandy

Who Would Have Thought It'd Be You...

You're the strong one. You are so resilient. You're the one people call on the most. So dependable, and together. Until you're not.

The light bearers, healers, and givers of the world need restoration too. I was burned out steady giving to others to the point of little return of my own. I wore down the cape until I couldn't fly. That doesn't have to be you.

I founded Holism Haus because I realized I needed me more than anyone else. Doesn't matter the connection- momma, sister, aunt, specialist. I needed to be, okay. Yet where could I go to BE okay?

I didn't want a pill, I didn't want to be coddled. I wanted true healing at its core. Inner-standing and motivation to do what God is calling me to do. Why couldn't I be connected to source like the pastor, preacher and teacher?

I AM. I heard it clearly. I am connected to source, as a matter of fact it's within me. In all I do I bring healing energy, restoration, transmutation, and love to the results. I don't judge or demean, I'm here for a purpose- and that purpose is YOU.

My experience with Mandy’s sound alchemy session was truly transformative! My body, mind, and spirit deeply needed this, and I left feeling completely renewed. Mandy’s presence is both peaceful and attentive, creating a safe space to discuss my blockages before the session. After the sound bath, I felt a profound shift that’s hard to put into words—just different, in the best way possible. If you’ve never experienced a sound bath before, I highly recommend booking a session with Mandy. It’s something you have to feel for yourself!

Went here last week for a sound bath and had a relaxing time! I didn't know what all to expect going in but I thoroughly enjoyed it and felt like I was in a relaxed trance after a rough week. Definitely recommend!

Maranda was so inviting into her cozy space! She made sure that I was comfortable throughout and had a way for me to engage all of my 5 senses during the experience. After a beautiful sound healing, she even gave me intuitive findings from my frequencies and a follow up wellness call. I am excited to go back for my second session that is already scheduled!

An amazing experience with Mandy!!! I did sound alchemy - which was lovely - but I also had a really enjoyable conversation with her. My only critique was that I had a little trouble finding her suite in the building. However, her space was very inviting and she was incredibly personable. She called me earlier in the day to confirm I didn't have any allergies for the service. She was very authentic and kind. An excellent experience and I will definitely be back :)

This concept was introduced by psychologist Abraham Maslow. The pyramid serves as a roadmap for understanding what drives human behavior and fulfillment. As it relates to trauma, and the mind, one's needs must be met physiologically first to regulate and move your body into a "safe" state, ironically the next phase of the hierarchy. The Pyramid of Human Needs: Physiological Needs: At the base of the pyramid lie our most fundamental needs—food, water, shelter, and sleep. These primal requirements must be met for survival and form the foundation upon which all other needs build. Safety Needs: Once our physiological needs are reasonably fulfilled, we seek safety and security. This encompasses personal security, financial stability, health, and protection from physical or emotional harm. Love and Belongingness: As we move up the pyramid, our focus shifts to social needs—affection, relationships, friendship, and a sense of belonging within communities or social groups. Esteem: Beyond social connections, we yearn for recognition, respect, and self-worth. Esteem needs involve both external factors like status, success, and prestige, as well as internal factors like self-confidence and accomplishment.
